This agreement has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts for buyers acting as consumers. For buyers purchasing for professional or commercial purposes, the Terms of Service and Paddle's buyer terms apply.
1. Parties
Seller: Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record), Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom.

Buyer: The person whose name and email address are recorded in the checkout window.
2. Subject matter
The subject matter of this agreement is the provision, in electronic form, of the IFCNexus subscription plan selected by the buyer (Starter, Professional or Workshop; monthly or annual). The content of the plan, its price and the total amount including taxes are shown in the checkout window before confirmation.
3. Payment and renewal
The price is collected in advance by Paddle. The subscription renews automatically for the selected period length until the buyer cancels it, and payment is collected at the start of each period. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
4. Performance
The Service is activated in the buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed. The service provider provides the Service within the scope and quotas defined in the Terms of Service.
5. Right of withdrawal
The buyer acknowledges that the Service is performed instantly in electronic form and that, pursuant to Art. 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal. The service provider undertakes, in accordance with the Refund Policy, to grant an unconditional full refund within 14 days after the first payment.
6. Cancellation
The buyer may cancel the subscription at any time via the "Manage subscription" link in the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
7. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) have jurisdiction above those limits.
8. Entry into force
The buyer acknowledges having read the Pre-Contractual Information Form and this agreement before payment and having accepted them electronically. The acceptance is recorded together with the date, the document version and the account information.
