This form has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in order to inform buyers acting as consumers before the contract is concluded. Rights arising from consumer protection legislation do not apply to those purchasing as merchants or tradespersons for professional or commercial purposes.

2. Main characteristics of the service
IFCNexus is a software service provided over the internet (SaaS) that generates steel assembly fabrication drawings (DXF and PDF), part mark lists, quantity take-offs and CNC cutting drawings from IFC models. The monthly model and assembly quotas of the plans are stated in the pricing table on the website.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and any currency conversion differences are shown in the checkout window as a total amount before you confirm. Payment is taken in advance using the methods offered by Paddle (credit/debit card, etc.). The subscription renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis; each renewal is charged to the same payment method.
4. Performance
The Service is activated in your account immediately after the payment is confirmed and is performed instantly in electronic form. There is no delivery or shipping.
5. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form. Nevertheless, in accordance with the Refund Policy, an unconditional full refund within 14 days of purchase is granted for the first subscription payment. 6. Term and termination
The subscription is concluded for an indefinite term and renews from period to period. You can cancel at any time via the "Manage subscription" link in the application; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
7. Complaints and objections
You can submit your complaints to info@marfen.com.tr. Within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at your place of residence or at the place where the transaction was carried out, and for disputes exceeding those limits, to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi).
8. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.
