This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and aims to keep the Service safe and fair for everyone.
1. Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited:
- uploading models that you do not have the right to use or whose upload would breach a confidentiality obligation,
- reverse engineering the software, attempting to access the source code or other users' data, and circumventing or testing security measures (including unauthorized penetration testing),
- uploading malware or files designed to disrupt the Service,
- overloading the Service with automated requests, or opening multiple accounts to exceed quotas,
- reselling or renting the Service, or offering it to third parties as a service, without written permission,
- sharing account credentials with persons outside the scope of the plan,
- any use that violates applicable export control or sanctions legislation,
- uploading models containing special categories of personal data (health data, biometric data, etc.).
2. Automation
The application interface is intended for human use. Bulk or script-based use requires prior written permission, to be requested via info@marfen.com.tr.
3. In the event of a violation
If a violation is suspected, we may stop the relevant job, delete files, or temporarily suspend or close the account. Serious violations may be reported to the competent authorities. Where possible, we will inform you first and give you time to provide an explanation.
